The Zone Controller provides the link between your Energy Manager Sockets to an Energy Manager Server. Using simple ethernet connections (cable supplied) the Zone Controller can turn Smart Sockets (Corporate Grade) on and off when instructed by the Energy Manager to automate any manual system you may already have installed or will be installing.
The Energy Manager Zone Controller is typically deployed on a "per area" basis and whilst it can handle up to 64 seperate groups of users it is more normal to allocate one Network Contoller per department or per floor (for smaller offices) which allows for maximum range and reliability.
