The Baseline Audit gives you a figure for the level of power you could expect your office to consume if various energy saving measures were put in place.
Split into three stages:
- Data collection - in which an out of hours audit is conducted and measurements made of the level of power being wasted at that time
- Analysis - where this data is put through our models and compared against known reference points in our vendor databases. From this we produce estimates of the total waste that your organisation is producing which could be saved if energy saving measures were employed
- Reporting - where we take the analysis and present it in a manner for both your own and senior management consumption
The primary reason for conducting a baseline audit is so that should you decide to implement an office energy saving programme, then this audit gives you some idea of the savings you could expect to make and a figure by which you can benchmark your savings as the components of your various plans come on-stream.
